Description I turned this bowl as one of a series from a big sycamore tree. The log had a lot of ripple figure in its grain, and while it still had a high moisture content it was colonised by fungi, which in this bowl created a mysterious network of wandering black lines, sometimes single, sometimes double, with a narrow band of colour between.
