Description I turned these pretty and useful little bowls from offcuts of ash wood. Much too good to waste! Normally my bowls are all different, but this time I made a batch that are all similar to each other. Of course, there is natural variation in their colour, and as they are turned individually by hand they aren’t identical in size or shape. The size given is for a typical example. They would be great in the kitchen, for measuring out small quantities of ingredients. They could be used for sugar or salt. Serve nuts in them. Or use them to keep pins or paperclips. You can buy several to make a set, or just one, and use them for whatever you like. Like all my work, they are finished with food safe and moisture resistant hard wax oil. Related
